Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Woodplain Studio, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make the refund and cancellation process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Workshops and Events
Cancellations by Participants

For workshops or events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but we are always happy to offer a raincheck to reschedule for another date.

If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your spot to another individual, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate the change.
Cancellations by Woodplane Studio

If Woodplane Studio cancels a workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, studio closures), participants will be fully refunded or offered a rescheduled date.

If the new date is not suitable, participants will receive a full refund.
2. Studio Bookings and Services
Cancellations by Clients

For individual or group studio bookings (including private lessons, recording sessions, etc.), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will work with you to offer a raincheck and reschedule the booking to another available date.

No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by Woodplain Studio

If we need to cancel a studio booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness or studio issues, we will offer you the option of a full refund or rescheduling the booking.
3. Subscriptions

All subscriptions (e.g., for ongoing classes or regular bookings) require a minimum commitment of three months.

After the three-month period, you may cancel your subscription with at least 30 days' notice.

For any cancellations during the minimum commitment period, we are happy to offer a raincheck or reschedule to another available date instead of a refund.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days following the cancellation. All refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
